Booking your first appointment

You do not need to arrive with a treatment name decided — describing what you are seeing in your skin is more useful than picking from a menu, and it is a shorter conversation than most people expect. If you are booking for a specific date, bear in mind that Saturdays fill first and the 8:00am weekday slots are usually the easiest to get at short notice.

How much time each booking takes

Our facials are either 60 or 80 minutes, and that difference matters more than the price when you are fitting an appointment around work. The 80-minute bookings are the Anti Aging Facial ($155), Acne Facial ($120), Dermaplaning Facial ($135), Brightening Facial ($175) and Hydra Facial ($180). The 60-minute bookings are the Back Facial ($100), Under Arm Facial ($75), Teen/Tween Facial ($90) and the men’s facial treatments ($100).

Microneedling stands apart at 120 minutes ($195). It is the only treatment on our menu that needs a genuine half-morning or half-afternoon set aside, so it is worth booking it on a day when you are not watching the clock.

What an add-on means in practice

An add-on is a second treatment layered onto the facial you have already booked, in the same appointment. Three are available: Dermaplaning ($65, adds 45 minutes), Salicylic Peel 22% ($25) and Glycolic Peel 30% ($25). The peels are quick; dermaplaning is not, so an 80-minute facial with dermaplaning added becomes a two-hour appointment. Mention any add-on when you book rather than on the day, so the time is actually held for you.

Treatments people do not realise we offer

The Back Facial ($100, 60 minutes) and Under Arm Facial ($75, 60 minutes) cover areas that are awkward to reach at home and tend to get booked in the run-up to summer or an event. The Teen/Tween Facial ($90, 60 minutes) exists because younger skin does not want the same treatment an adult books. And every facial treatment on our menu is available as a men’s booking at $100 for 60 minutes — it is a normal appointment here, not an unusual one.

Paraffin wax treatments for dry, cracked hands and feet are also available, and are a more common winter booking than most people would guess.

Face and body treatments at $85

Five treatments share a flat $85 price: Face Lift, Skin Tightening, Double Chin, Fat Reduction and Butt Lift. LED red light therapy is also available and is most often combined with a facial rather than booked on its own.

Sherman Way runs east to west across the Valley, which makes the studio straightforward to reach from most of it.
